1) What is the order turnaround time.
For most of the customized/personalized orders , the turnaround time is 5-7 business days and for standard items it is 3-4 business days, the extra time needed is for all the customizations.
2) What is the mode of Shipping.
We use USPS priority mail shipping as that is the most effective and fastest way of shipping. We can use UPS/Fedex overnight shipping provided customers agrees to pay for the difference. Please email harshiscustomdecor@gmail.com for any shipping questions.
3) Do you offer Local Pickup.
Yes any product can be picked up locally without any shipping cost. Currently we offer local pickups around Raleigh/Durham/cary/Apex Area. Please email harshiscustomdecor@gmail.com for any questions.
4) Do you ship internationally.
Yes currently we ship within US , Canada and Mexico and plan to ship to other countries. If you love any product and would like to ship to any other country not listed above, please ask . We would love to send it to you.
5) Do you take returns.
All Product sales are final and we do NOT accept any returns under any circumstances, however if there is something we could do from our end to gain your satisfaction we would do so and we take pride in that. Please ASK
