We do our best to fulfill and ship orders within 5–7 business days, often sooner. Please note that turnaround times may be extended during holidays or based on current production volume.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at harshiscustomdecor@gmail.com — we’re here to help.

Kindly note: We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. If you need your order by a specific date, please email us in advance so we can confirm availability.

Proofs Before Shipping

We do not provide physical product proofs. Upon request, we can share a digital design proof before production begins.

Do You Offer Custom Designs?

Yes! We’re happy to collaborate on custom pieces. A design fee may apply based on the complexity of the design. Feel free to reach out with your ideas.

Can You Engrave My Logo?

Absolutely. Please send your logo in black and white PNG or SVG format for the best engraving results.

Shipping

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Is Local Pickup Available?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Apex, North Carolina. Select the local pickup option at checkout, and we’ll email you the address and instructions once your order is ready.

Why Does My Engraving Look Different from the Website?

Each board is crafted from natural wood, and engraving results may vary depending on the wood grain. Every piece is truly one of a kind.

Do You Apply a Finish to the Boards?

No, we leave our boards unfinished so you can treat them according to your preference.

Can I Put the Board in the Dishwasher?

No. Please hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry immediately with a towel. Avoid soaking or placing in a dishwasher.

Why Are There Imperfections or Color Variations?

Our products are made from real wood, so slight imperfections like knots, texture differences, or color variations are completely natural.

Why Does My Engraving Look Lighter or Darker Than Expected?

Just like our boards, the wood grain in each piece affects the engraving tone, making every item unique.
